Please have the steps in the checklist completed prior to attending Tryouts.
Once tryouts have concluded, players will be placed on one of our Az Epic teams.
Each team's coaches will have a short meeting with parents to go over season goals/expectations.
After the meetings: players will need to be fitted for uniforms, and parents will need to sign contracts.

CHECKLIST FOR TRYOUTS

Do you have a SportsEngine Account? If you already have a SportsEngine Account, go to step 2.

Register for SportsEngine account and purchase your AZRegion and USAV Membership.

The following forms are needed the day of Tryouts. Please print and complete all forms. Bring them with you to tryouts.
Step 5:
Copy of player's Birth Certificate.
This is only for new players to AZ EPIC.

Bring Tuition Deposit - check or cash or there will be a Pay pal option as well
